1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by n8n LaunchPad (“we,” “us,” “our”), a sole proprietorship registered in Odisha, India, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

n8n LaunchPad provides fully managed, pre-deployed n8n automation hosting services. Upon subscription, you receive access to a dedicated n8n instance hosted on our infrastructure. We handle server setup, Docker configuration, software updates, and ongoing maintenance.

You are solely responsible for the workflows, automations, integrations, and data you create and manage within your n8n instance.

3. Account Registration

To access our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information (name, email address, phone number)
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at [email protected]
• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

We currently offer the following subscription plans:

Billing Periods: n8n LaunchPad does not offer month-to-month billing. All plans are billed upfront for one of the following commitment periods:

• 4 months
• 12 months (yearly)
• 24 months
• 36 months

The full amount for your chosen period is charged at the time of purchase.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept payments in USD and INR. By providing your payment details, you authorise n8n LaunchPad to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan and billing period.

n8n LaunchPad does not store credit card, debit card, or banking information. All financial data is managed by Razorpay in compliance with applicable security standards.

6. Service Activation

Your n8n instance will be provisioned and made accessible to you promptly following successful payment confirmation. Access URL details will be delivered to your registered email address.

7. Uptime and Service Availability

n8n LaunchPad operates on infrastructure provided by Contabo and Hetzner, both recognised leaders in cloud hosting. We strive for and expect approximately 99.9% service availability. However, n8n LaunchPad does not provide a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing any specific uptime percentage.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Third-party hosting infrastructure failures (Contabo, Hetzner)
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, or government actions
• Scheduled or emergency maintenance (advance notice will be given where reasonably possible)
• Issues arising from user-created workflows, automations, or third-party API failures

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use n8n LaunchPad services only for lawful and ethical purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cryptocurrency or trading bots – operating any automated cryptocurrency trading, financial arbitrage, or market manipulation workflows
• Spam or unsolicited messaging – using your n8n instance to send bulk unsolicited emails, SMS messages, or push notifications
• Phishing or fraud – creating workflows designed to deceive, defraud, or harm third parties
• Illegal data collection – scraping, harvesting, or processing personal data without proper consent or legal basis
• Malware distribution – using n8n workflows to distribute malicious software or execute cyberattacks
• Unauthorised resale – subletting, reselling, or granting unauthorised access to your n8n instance to third parties
• Third-party ToS violations – using our services in ways that violate the terms of service of any platform or API you integrate with

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, and materials on n8nlaunchpad.com are the intellectual property of n8n LaunchPad. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Your data, workflows, and configurations created within your n8n instance remain your intellectual property at all times.

Disclaimer: n8n is an open-source workflow automation tool developed and owned by n8n GmbH. n8n LaunchPad is an independent managed hosting service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with n8n GmbH.

10. Cancellation and Termination

10.1  Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. After the 30-day money-back window has passed, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time.

10.2  Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Acceptable Use Policy
• Detection of payment fraud or initiation of a chargeback
• Legal requirement or regulatory obligation

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n8n LaunchPad shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, workflows, or automations
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to n8n LaunchPad in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to significant changes taking effect, via email or a prominent website notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Odisha, India.
