1. About n8n LaunchPad

n8n LaunchPad provides pre-configured hosted n8n automation instances that allow users to access and run their own automation workflows without setting up infrastructure.

Users receive a unique access link to their n8n instance after purchasing a hosting plan.

n8n LaunchPad only provides hosting infrastructure and does not control or manage user workflows.

2. Eligibility

By using this service, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

• You will use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Services Provided

n8n LaunchPad offers hosted automation servers with the following subscription plans:

• Monthly plan

• 12-month plan

• 24-month plan

• 36-month plan

Each plan provides a hosted n8n instance accessible through a dedicated access link.

4. Payments

Payments for n8n LaunchPad services are processed through Razorpay.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee

• Maintain valid payment information

• Accept that service access begins after successful payment

5. User Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for:

• Their automation workflows

• Data processed through workflows

• Third-party integrations connected to n8n

• Compliance with all applicable laws

n8n LaunchPad does not monitor, control, or access user workflows.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high uptime, n8n LaunchPad does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime may occur due to:

• Server maintenance

• Infrastructure provider issues

• Network outages

• Technical failures

7. Limitation of Liability

n8n LaunchPad is not responsible for any loss or damage, including but not limited to:

• Data loss

• Automation failures

• Business losses

• Workflow errors

• Third-party API failures

Users operate automation workflows at their own risk.

8. Third-Party Infrastructure

Our hosting infrastructure is powered by Contabo servers. Service reliability may depend on the availability and performance of this infrastructure provider.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
