1. Introduction

The n8n LaunchPad Affiliate Program allows individuals and organisations to earn commissions by authentically promoting our managed n8n hosting service to their audience. By participating in this program, you agree to comply fully with the terms outlined in this Affiliate Policy.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

2. Who Can Join

Our affiliate program is open to:

• Content creators, bloggers, and YouTubers in the automation, no-code, or SaaS space
• Educators and course creators who teach tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.com
• Community managers and moderators of relevant online groups or forums
• Consultants and marketers serving audiences interested in workflow automation
• Any individual with a genuine, relevant audience who can authentically recommend our service

3. How the Program Works

n8n LaunchPad uses a coupon-based tracking system rather than a traditional cookie-based affiliate link model. Here is how it works:

1. Upon approval, you receive a unique affiliate coupon code tied exclusively to your account
2. You promote n8n LaunchPad to your audience and share your coupon code
3. When a customer applies your coupon at checkout and completes their purchase, the order is attributed to you
4. Your commission is calculated based on the verified order total and credited to your affiliate account

This approach ensures transparent, accurate, and fraud-resistant attribution without relying on browser cookies or tracking pixels.

4. Commission Structure

Example: A customer uses your coupon to purchase a 12-month Launch plan at $72. You earn $28.80 as your one-time commission for that order.

Commissions are earned per order only and do not recur on future renewals by the same customer.

5. Coupon Code Rules

Your affiliate coupon code is personal and must be used in accordance with the following rules:

• You may not use your own coupon code to purchase a subscription for yourself — self-referral purchases will be disqualified and may result in program termination
• Coupon codes must not be posted on public coupon aggregator websites, cashback platforms, or deal-sharing forums where they can be used indiscriminately
• All sharing of your coupon code must be accompanied by genuine promotional content — such as a review, tutorial, comparison, or honest recommendation
• Any attempt to artificially inflate commissions through fake, duplicate, or fraudulent orders will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions

6. Payouts

Commission payouts are managed through the n8n LaunchPad Affiliate Portal. Upon approval, you will receive portal access where payout schedules, payment methods, and account details are managed.

Key payout conditions:

• Commissions from orders that are later refunded within the 30-day money-back window will be reversed from your account balance
• Commissions may be withheld if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or policy violation — pending investigation
• We reserve the right to adjust payout timelines or methods with reasonable advance notice

7. Prohibited Conduct

As an affiliate, you agree NOT to:

• Run paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other paid platform) that bids on the brand keyword “n8n LaunchPad” or close variations, without our prior written consent
• Engage in spamming of any form — including bulk unsolicited emails, mass DM campaigns, or repetitive social media posts
• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about n8n LaunchPad’s features, pricing, uptime, or capabilities
• Create or share fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or inauthentic endorsements
• Impersonate n8n LaunchPad, claim to be an official representative or employee, or misrepresent your relationship with us
• Use our brand name, logo, or materials in any way not expressly authorised in writing

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any pending or unpaid commissions.

8. Your Relationship with n8n LaunchPad

Affiliates are independent promoters, not employees, agents, contractors, or legal partners of n8n LaunchPad. You have no authority to enter into agreements, make commitments, or incur obligations on our behalf.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and advertising disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction, including disclosing your affiliate relationship to your audience as required by local advertising regulations.

9. Program Modifications and Termination

n8n LaunchPad reserves the right to:

• Modify commission rates, coupon structures, payout schedules, or program terms at any time with reasonable advance notice
• Suspend or terminate the affiliate program at any time
• Remove any affiliate from the program for policy violation, misuse, or for any business reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, legitimately earned and verified commissions that are not under dispute will be paid out on the regular schedule, provided no policy violation is involved.

10. Governing Law

This Affiliate Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from participation in the n8n LaunchPad Affiliate Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Odisha, India.
