2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date
- The guarantee applies to all billing periods: 4-month, 12-month, 24-month, and 36-month plans
- This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only — it does not apply to renewals or subsequent purchases
- No reason is required to claim your refund within the 30-day window
3. After the 30-Day Period
Once the 30-day money-back window has expired:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
- If you cancel your subscription after the 30-day period, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No pro-rata or partial refunds are provided for unused time remaining in your billing cycle
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be processed in the following circumstances:
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
- Renewal payments for existing active subscriptions
- Situations where a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated with your bank or payment provider — initiating a chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation

Refunds are issued in the same currency used at the time of purchase (USD or INR). n8n LaunchPad is not responsible for currency conversion differences, exchange rate fluctuations, or any bank fees that may apply.
